Operational discipline from regulated industries, brought to service businesses.
Agenvanta is a small, managed AI employee service based in Fullerton, California. We install and run dedicated AI employees that learn your business, take initiative on recurring admin, research, and follow-up work, and surface the open loops that quietly cost SMBs revenue every week.
Shivam Patel, founder.
I work as a Monitoring Oversight Lead at a pharmaceutical company. My day job is making sure nothing falls through the cracks in clinical research operations, where a missed follow-up or a stale document is not a minor inconvenience, it is a regulatory finding.
Before Agenvanta I founded Certivo, a compliance SaaS for clinical research, and I have spent years building automation systems for regulated industries (life sciences, GxP, audit trails, document control).
When I started looking at small service businesses (marketing agencies, law firms, insurance agencies, real estate teams, B2B service firms) I kept seeing the same shape of problem I deal with in pharma. Estimates go quiet. Client updates do not get sent. Documents do not get collected on time. Owners hold the open loops in their head and lose them on a busy week. The operational discipline that regulated industries are forced to bring to follow-up work is the exact thing most SMBs are missing, not because they do not care, but because they are too busy running the business to build it.
Agenvanta brings that operational discipline to small service businesses through a dedicated managed AI employee, not another piece of software they have to learn and run themselves.
The thesis: operational leaks are an SMB-wide problem, and the fix is a dedicated employee, not another app.
Most small service businesses already have the core tools they need (a CRM or job-management app, a phone system, an accounting tool, a calendar). The leak is not the tools. The leak is the connective work between them: the chasing, the reminders, the status updates, the open-loop tracking. That work is repetitive, low-creativity, easy to forget, and high-revenue when it gets done.
It is also the exact category of work that a well-installed AI employee, with the right guardrails, can carry. Not by replacing the people in the business, but by making sure the recurring loops do not depend on someone remembering to close them.
Managed AI employee, not software you operate.
Agenvanta is not a SaaS dashboard you log into and configure. We install a dedicated AI employee (default name: Mia) for your business. It learns your company, connects to approved tools (email, calendar, docs, CRM, project boards, accounting), handles recurring admin, research, and follow-up work, and improves every week. You see the results inside your existing tools and in a weekly owner digest, not in a new app.
30-day implementation playbook
Days 0-2 install the AI employee (identity, memory vault, approval rules). Days 3-14 ship first useful jobs (meeting summaries, follow-up drafts, open-loop tracker) and connect approved tools. Days 15-30 verticalize for your business and make it feel like an employee.
Managed retainer
Standard pricing is $5,000/mo. The first 1-2 founding pilot members get $2,500/mo while we build the first public case studies. The retainer covers the AI employee plus every recurring job it handles, not a per-workflow fee.
Built on your tools
The AI employee plugs into the systems you already use (Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, your CRM, your accounting tool, your project boards). No tool migrations as the first step. The goal is useful work running, not another rollout.
Weekly owner digest
One short report per week so you can see what the AI employee handled, what is stalling, and what needs your attention, without logging into anything new.
Honest guardrails on the AI employee, in writing.
- No replace-your-staff promises. The AI employee carries specific recurring jobs. Your team still runs the business.
- No autonomous customer-facing sends in week one. Day-one behavior is read, draft, suggest, and report. Outbound to customers gets a human approval boundary.
- No legal, tax, medical, or binding insurance advice. The AI employee will not make decisions that legally require a licensed professional.
- No regulated delivery work day one. Healthcare and finance compliance workflows are not where we start.
- No guaranteed revenue claims. We are honest about what an AI employee can and cannot move.
- No broad account access in first touch. Tool access is scoped and approved, never all-or-nothing.
Based in Fullerton, CA. Serving US service businesses remotely.
Agenvanta is headquartered in Fullerton, California (Orange County). The service is delivered remotely, so we work with US-based service businesses anywhere in the country. Most of our early focus is on marketing agencies, law firms (admin and intake work only, no legal advice automation), insurance agencies, real estate teams, and small B2B service firms with 5-50 employees.
Agenvanta is early. We are currently onboarding founding pilot members and we do not have public case studies yet. If you are looking for a vendor with a marquee logo wall, we are not the right call today. If you are open to a small, hands-on team that wants to install one dedicated AI employee really well for you, we should talk.
