  • App password, not OAuth. You generate a narrow, single-purpose key in your own email settings and paste it to us once. We never see or store your real account password.
  • You hold the kill switch. Delete the app password and our connection stops immediately. Nothing on our side can keep it alive, and you never need our permission to cut it.
  • Anything sensitive is always gated. Complaints, disputes, lawyers, refunds, price changes, late fees, first outbound to a new list, or anything over a dollar cap you set is drafted for your one-tap approval, never sent on its own.
  • Week one, you approve everything. You sign off on every draft while we learn your voice. Once it is right, it runs on its own inside your guardrails, and you can pull it back to approval mode anytime.
